HIRESTRATEGY CLOSES $1.15 MILLION FINANCING

HireStrategy, an executive recruiting firm, announced today that it has closed a $1.15 million round of financing with Prime Assets, LLC, the private equity partner of The McLean Group, LLC, an investment banking firm.

"This investment will help HireStrategy achieve its goal of becoming a marketplace leader in the executive recruiting industry, while sustaining profitable operations and continuing to build value for our customers, shareholders and employees," according to Paul Villella, HireStrategy's President and CEO.

"This investment will also enable us to continue development of our proprietary software product, the HireGuide, which facilitates the entire recruitment management process for our employees. We expect to license the HireGuide for release to the market by early 2002," according to Villella.

HireStrategy's investment partnership with Prime Assets and The McLean Group is very important to us, according to Villella. "Prime Assets has many years of building successful businesses and profitable exit strategies for services firms in the technology industry. The McLean Group has marketplace depth and a strong reputation among middle market companies throughout the region.
