Paul Villella, President and Cheif Executive Officer, announced this week that three veterans of the recruiting industry, all with strong technology and consulting backgrounds, have joined the company, forming the "dream team" of Internet Economy recruiting. Hector Velez, Chris Owen and John Qudeen, worked together under the leadership of Mr. Villella at Source Services ("Source" now Kforce.com), a search firm which ranked as the top executive recruiting firm in the Washington areat in the late 1990's.

Mr. Velez has 15 years' experience in e-commerce, leadership, technology, business, management, consulting and staffing. In addition to his work at Source, Mr. Velez worked in management consulting with Andersen Consulting, GE and KPMG Consulting. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Owen specializes in executive recruitment and placement of accounting and finance professionals. Prior to his executive recruitment career, Mr. Owen worked as a CPA for Deloitte & Touche and as a consultant for Booz-Allen & Hamilton. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University.

Mr. Qudeen focuses on recruiting and placing top executives (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs and VPs) in start-up and developing companies planning initial public offerings (IPOs). While at Source, Mr. Qudeen successfully managed an executive search program for General Motors as it built an information technology organization from the ground up. He also worked on staffing programs for Bell Atlantic, Andersen Consulting and several Internet start-ups. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
