As a senior member of HireStrategy's Technology Search team, Chris works with technology candidates who are seeking new career opportunities, as well as clients looking to acquire top technology talent. Chris translates his industry expertise, recruiting experience and HireStrategy’s proven methodology into job search success for candidates and hiring solutions for clients.
As an account manager and client representative, Chris works with technology hiring managers to develop solutions to human capital goals and challenges, providing quality candidates across a broad spectrum of positions. He also manages the hiring process and interview cycle to achieve optimal results.
As a recruiter, Chris partners with technology professionals to plan and develop their careers, including collaboration on appropriate roles and career progression. He works with candidates to find the best possible match within HireStrategy’s positions. This includes resume development and interviewing advice, partnering on exclusive opportunities and offer negotiation.
Chris brings to HireStrategy close to 10 years of broad IT Industry experience. He spent the early part of his career as a Systems and Network Engineer for a boutique professional services firm that served Federal clients. He subsequently led the business development efforts for a successful venture-backed software product company in the document management space.
Chris joined HireStrategy in 2004 and has consistently delivered results across all technology sectors. Serving emerging growth, mid-market and enterprise class clients, he has led successful engagements in enterprise/infrastructure software, web 2.0 services, engineering/IT services, wireless, and next generation delivery models such as SaaS and open-source. Chris is a native of the DC area, attended the University of Maryland and is an avid golfer.
