HireStrategy is based in the Washington DC region, with two offices - Reston, VA and Washington, DC.

10. How does a candidate apply for HireStrategy positions or submit his/her resume?
You can apply for positions and share your resume through the register section on our web site. When you register, you create a 'profile' that will be reviewed by a HireStrategy recruiter, who will then contact you to discuss your background and job search in more detail.

We have a comprehensive evaluation process that includes an initial phone screening, an in-person meeting, reference checks and where appropriate and/or required, testing and assessment.

  • Contract - HireStrategy has a Contract Services practice that provides contractors in short-term, long-term, and contract positions, depending on the particular requirements of our client.
  • Direct Hire - We have a very strong competency in Direct Hire staffing across all of our Practice Areas – Technology, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Recruiting & HR and Administrative. We serve both commercial enterprises and the Federal Government.
  • Executive Search - HireStrategy conducts Executive searches in all of our Practice Areas – Technology, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Recruiting & HR and Administrative.
