Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Manage the company¡¦s 401(k) Plan. Promote participation in retirement savings plan
-Produce benefit communications that educate employees as well as enhance their perception of the value of our benefits package
-Participate in and/or conduct benefit surveys
-Investigate, implement and administer Wellness Program
-Support and help lead open enrollment activities, including presenting open enrollment changes each year.
-Work closely with broker and carriers to resolve invoicing, claims, and administrative issues
-Provide day to day administration of all benefit plans including health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, COBRA, FMLA, life insurance, disability and retirement benefits
-Respond to employee inquiries regarding their benefits
-Coordinate with benefit providers/vendors to ensure appropriate ongoing administration of all benefit
programs.
-Effective communications skills including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
-Express ideas, thoughts, and concepts clearly and concisely.
-Ability to understand and influence the organization.
-Commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
-Understands and respects sensitive nature of information and manages this responsibly with great care so
