Person Specification: RFI / RFP review analysis and response creation; Presentations and technical workshops with System Integrator partners; Conduct solution workshops with customers and partners; Logical & Physical architectures, system sizings and services labour estimates; Technical leadership of the solution creation / delivery team; Assisting the Project Manager with schedule, status and resource allocation; Derive product and software requirements from proposed system solutions; Design of customer solutions based on our products and technology; Working closely to support the Field (Direct & Partner) Sales teams, including educating prospective customers about our products. This includes conference calls, site visits, presentations, technical evaluations, technical objection handling, and follow up on all customer related issues.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; Minimum 5‐7 years experience in a similar customer facing role. |
