Our client is hiring a Consulting Sales Executive for their emerging DC market. They have established a strong team of consultants in VA/DC as a result of their solid branding and reputation. The Consulting Sales Executive will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of consulting services to ensure quality of services and client satisfaction. He/She will be responsible for leading and growing a team of VA/DC based consultants from a current base of 22, into 35-50 consultants over the next 1-2 years. Marketing collateral, administrative support and initial set of accounts with contacts will be provided by the company.
Qualifications: 5-10 years experience selling consulting and technical services for a major consulting, IT services, or technology company. Big Four experience a plus! The ideal candidate will have strong contacts in the VA/DC market with the ability and main responsibility to drive business development of commercial clients Experience selling the following services; management consulting, business intelligence and/or data warehousing, business process improvement, systems integration, IT strategy, and/or IT architecture projects Experience in one or more verticals, potentially including but not limited to financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and/or state and federal government A proven track record of meeting a quota of at least $2M in prior sales positions A collaborative, team player with an entrepreneurial focus and a passion to grow the business given the appropriate incentives to do so Demonstrated track record and history of achievement within an established IT/Management consulting firm Strong customer focus and an ability to listen carefully in order to create service solutions that fit the clients' needs Skill and willingness to approach new prospects and open doors to new sales opportunities through networking, industry events, etc. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed along with excellent analytical and problem solving skills Bachelor's degree or Masters/MBA preferred.

Business Development Manager
This role is for a Business Development Manager who is results driven, self starter, highly motivated and wishes to carve out a US client base.
The role will entail acquisition of new clients by identifying, developing and closing new business sales opportunities. You will network extensively in the industry, attend events and represent the company at the highest levels of our target client base and will be expected to travel throughout North America. Importantly they are looking for an individual who is a team player, someone who always goes the extra mile and thinks creatively and on their feet, and embraces hard work and challenges.
