This HireStrategy client is the leading provider of accounts payable solutions for small to mid-size business and associations, is hiring a Director of Operations and Customer Service for their Washington, DC office. They are a small, rapidly growing company with a fantastic downtown location.
As Director of Operations and Customer Service, you will be primarily responsible for managing and supervising both their Client Relations and Operations teams in a professional manner. Specifically, in managing and supervising the Client Relations team you would be responsible for training and initiation of best practices. You would also provide support to their Client Relations Specialists in resolving escalated issues.
In managing and supervising their Operations Team, you would be expected to know and understand all processes preformed by the Operations Team. You would be expected to continually be thinking of ways to improve internal processes and increase efficiency, while at the same time improving controls to ensure that the Operations Team is achieving daily goals while minimizing errors. Additionally, you would also be responsible for bank reconciliations; accounting background is helpful.
