Flat Fee [Customer-Centric & Performance Based]

  • Allows our customers to budget for our services (they know exactly how much they will spend).
  • Removes the historical conflict that has always existed (candidate makes more, search firm makes more).

Engagement Fee [1/3 of total fee]

  • Allows HireStrategy to commit resources to the project immediately.
  • Demonstrates a commitment from client to the project.
  • Reinforces partnership relationship with HireStrategy.

Completion Fee [2/3 of total fee]

  • Earned upon successful hire of the candidate.
  • To be offset against engagement fee.
