We serve both commercial enterprises and the Federal Government to staff positions at all levels, from staff to senior management.
  • Executive Search – HireStrategy conducts Executive searches in all of our Practice Areas – Technology, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Recruiting & HR and Administrative.
HireStrategy partners with candidates to identify the best opportunity within our client organizations. We also work closely with candidates to define a job search strategy and offer career planning and advice. HireStrategy can introduce candidates to opportunities within the ‘hidden job market’ – positions that candidates may not otherwise have access to and are exclusive to HireStrategy. In addition, our personalized approach allows candidates to work directly and confidentially with a recruiter to optimize the job search process.

Each candidate is assigned to a recruiter who will review the candidate’s background and will work with him or her on a ‘one-on-one’ basis to define a job search strategy and evaluate suitability for open positions within our employer organizations.

HireStrategy offers flexible pricing models depending on the particular type of position. We will work with clients to tailor a model based on your requirements and hiring needs.
One of our associates will review your background and will contact you to discuss your professional experience and career goals in more detail. If you are local to the Washington DC area, will likely recommend an in-person meeting at one of our offices.
HireStrategy does not share candidate’s resumes with potential employers and does not disclose information on candidates’ job searches without explicit knowledge and permission from the candidate.
