Venture Capitalists Find Opportunities in Greater Washington
Silicon Valley and New England are still the country's leading regions for venture capital investment, but the
Washington, DC area, Seattle and Los Angeles have seen venture capital investment grow steadily over the past 10 years.
Women who work in finance say that they are no better off than they were in 2002 and are in some cases worse off according to a survey by the New York-based Financial Women's Association.
Also, despite the weakened economy, graduating seniors have a strong chance of finding a job this spring, according to National Association of Colleges and Employers.
