Federal Reserve Says Economy Growing at a Moderate Pace


The latest "Beige Book" report from the Federal Reserve Board is encouraging, pointing to several factors that will boost economic growth for the remainder of the year. Plus, a recent report concludes that local and state IT spending will increase by 6.6% by 2012.
