Electronic-Timekeeping for Contract Employees
In order to process payroll for our contract employees, HireStrategy may collect personal data such as name, hours, address, and any other personal identification information, including a social security number or tax identification number. This data will be used to process payroll either through HireStrategy operations or an agent of HireStrategy. When collecting timekeeping data electronically or manually, HireStrategy will ensure that its collection and processing meets all privacy requirements.

HireStrategy obtains consent for any information deemed sensitive. Subscribing to HireStrategy’s newsletter requires a double opt-in method to confirm the email address entered. Each newsletter sent will provide the choice to unsubscribe from the HireStrategy mailing list.
