HireStrategy engaged the architectural firm, Interplan, to design an innovative and contemporary aesthetic that would provide a stimulating office environment for both our employees and guests. A key design goal was to create a reception area, conference room and lunchroom area that would promote staff interaction, energy, and enthusiasm in our work environment.

Our reception and café were designed for social interaction and positioned as transition areas between our modular workstations and large conference room. A circular wall and ceiling define our reception area, while allowing a visual aperture into our surrounding office areas. Similarly, our open-style café is defined by an angular wall opposing the curve, providing a corridor gallery for contemporary art. We chose saturated colors and a mix of recessed and suspension lighting to accentuate these forms and surfaces.

Our high-tech modular workstations mirror the curve design and feature a screened background of large colorful panels, giving a visually-interesting yet not overwhelming feel to our primary work area. The open design of our workstations encourages team collaboration and communication, while allowing our staff to maintain ample personal space and comfort.
