Pay: $40 - $57 / Hour, DOE

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Act as the primary liaison for individuals and organizations interested in programs and services.
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with a wide range of industry stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate program information and pricing, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Conduct telephone and in-person meetings with prospective clients and partners.
  • Lead seminars and presentations about programs and services to interested parties.
  • Assist in business development and marketing strategy planning.
  • Deliver basic customer service and support, answering program-related questions.
  • Manage and track information on interested third parties using internal systems.
  • Maintain and organize informational materials for distribution and outreach.
  • Attend and represent the organization at industry events and conferences.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar client-facing or industry engagement role.
  • Oil & Gas, Petroleum, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
  • Experience in marketing and business development strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual preferred.
