Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented HR Generalist to support daily HR operations. This role requires someone who can manage HR administrative tasks independently while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and employee support. You will work closely with the HR team and payroll lead, ensuring processes run smoothly and employee questions are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and employee support
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including coordinating new hire orientations
  • Initiate and track background checks for new employees
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and assist with employee relations matters
  • Support recruitment efforts from requisition through hire, including maintaining candidate records
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (iSolved preferred) and generate reports as needed
  • Assist with benefits administration and support open enrollment processes
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Keep HR files, records, and documentation organized and up to date

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar support role
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Experience with employee relations, HR compliance, and HRIS systems (iSolved preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel reporting and PowerPoint
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently without constant oversight
