Overview
A growing nationwide company is seeking a detail-oriented and high-energy HR / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their Talent Partners in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. This role is critical in driving hiring efficiency across hourly field positions and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Sourcing
- Support high-volume hiring for hourly roles (technicians, installers, customer service, etc.)
- Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, and outbound outreach
- Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach
Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage calendars and ensure timely communication across all stakeholders
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the process
Onboarding & HR Support
- Assist with onboarding documentation (I-9s, offer letters, new hire paperwork)
- Ensure compliance with onboarding processes and documentation requirements
- Partner with HR and TA teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Administrative Support
- Track candidate activity in ATS
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Support process improvements and recruiting operations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or high-volume staffing
- Experience supporting hourly or field-based hiring is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS systems and scheduling tools preferred
