Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support our client in Southlake, TX on a short-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Workday and Excel expertise who can step in quickly and support critical HR systems and reporting tasks during a leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve support tickets within the internal HR technology ticketing platform
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining data across HR systems, including the applicant tracking system
- Generate and analyze reports to support HR operations and decision-making
- Contribute to ongoing HR technology and data projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on HRIS or HR data analysis experience
- Proficiency in Workday is required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal training
