About the Company:

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its High Point, NC operation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and employees in a fast-paced environment while driving key HR initiatives that support business objectives and employee success.


Job Description:

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and operational HR resource for site leadership and employees. This position is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, engagement initiatives, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers and department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes, coaching efforts, and employee development programs.
  • Facilitate training programs and organizational development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Promote employee engagement through recognition programs and culture-building initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
  • Support compensation, benefits, leave administration, and other HR programs as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts that enhance HR effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience.
  • Previous experience supporting manufacturing, production, or operational environments required.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance practices.
  • Experience utilizing HRIS systems and HR reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Details:

  • Reports to senior HR leadership.
  • HR team consists of approximately six HRBP professionals.
  • Comprehensive background check and drug screening required.
  • Interview process includes virtual interviews followed by an onsite final interview.
