Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a global technology implementation initiative. This role will focus on coordinating communications, tracking project progress, and ensuring successful collaboration between hotel properties, third-party vendors, and internal teams throughout a large-scale systems migration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication efforts between hotel locations, vendors, and internal project stakeholders.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and implementation progress.
- Assist with planning activities related to large-scale hospitality systems migrations.
- Maintain project documentation, readiness assessments, implementation plans, and status reports.
- Facilitate project meetings, follow-up actions, and stakeholder communications.
- Support vendor onboarding, readiness reviews, and implementation activities.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and outstanding action items.
- Route questions and issues to the appropriate project or technical teams.
- Assist with change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with project leadership to ensure timelines and objectives remain on track.
- Support multiple concurrent projects within a global environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience coordinating projects within hospitality, technology, software implementation, or enterprise operations environments.
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud, Oracle Hospitality products, OHIP, or similar hospitality technology platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational and project tracking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working with external vendors, clients, or business partners.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with project documentation, reporting, and collaboration tools.
