Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client for a contract opportunity. This position will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and assist team members with a variety of organizational and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to managers and internal teams as needed
- Draft, edit, and organize business documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems
- Enter and update information within internal databases and tracking tools
- Assist with office supply management and ordering when necessary
- Help track tasks and timelines related to ongoing projects
- Prepare meeting materials, assist with agenda creation, and document meeting notes
- Complete additional administrative tasks to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
