Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 / yearly

Other Compensation Factors: STI and LTI eligibility

Position Summary: A mission-driven, high-growth organization in the energy sector is seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This individual will serve as the CEO’s primary administrative partner who will manage priorities, coordinate complex schedules, ensure smooth daily operations, and represent the CEO with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional judgment, and brings a solutions-oriented, resourceful work style. This role requires advanced organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a high degree of trust and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Communication

·        Manage a dynamic calendar, prioritize commitments, and ensure the CEO is prepared for meetings.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

·        Exercise strong judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.


Correspondence & Document Management

·        Draft, edit, and prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

·        Manage email and communication flow on behalf of the CEO.

·        Maintain organized filing systems, documents, and records.


Meeting & Event Coordination

·        Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and action-item follow-up.

·        Support logistics for executive-level meetings, organizational events, and engagements.


Travel Coordination

·        Arrange complex and frequently changing domestic travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.

·        Ensure all travel aligns with CEO preferences and business needs.


Operational & Project Support

·        Assist with special projects and executive initiatives.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, track action items, and support resource coordination.



Required Qualifications

·        5+ years supporting C-level leaders or senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools.

·        Exceptional communication, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

·        Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

·        Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred
