Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functionality and supporting various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Perform receptionist duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Manage and track company fleet, including vehicle records, insurance, and registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of company-issued cell phones and equipment.
- Organize and maintain tradeshow materials, including inventory and storage (tradeshow closet management).
- Assist with Accounts Payable by entering invoices and supporting basic AP processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
- Basic Accounts Payable experience (e.g., invoice entry).
