About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the automotive industry seeking an HR Coordinator to support their growing team.
Job Description:
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations across onboarding, employee relations, and administrative processes. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system setup
- Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies and procedures
- Help administer HR programs such as benefits enrollment and training initiatives
- Ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
