Job Description:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for patients assisting with scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and place outbound calls to patients
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
