Job Description:
The Customer Support Clerk will assist with administrative and customer-facing tasks to help ensure efficient daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers and team members via phone, email, and in person
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and operational data
- Work within spreadsheets to organize information, including sorting and transferring data between platforms
- Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and service expectations
- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Adapt to evolving processes and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Maintain discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate, high-volume data entry (typing assessment may be required)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting and data organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to remain flexible and adjust to changing priorities
- Professional approach to handling confidential information
