Job Responsibilities:
- Process full-cycle payroll for employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes
- Review and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll reports for management
- Coordinate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate data flow
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday, or similar)
- Understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
